Fun Q & A

Place of Birth? Prince George, BC. However I grew up in Victoria.

What was your first job? My mother owned a Deli called Ramon's Deli and Country Cuisine (I have no idea who Ramon is!). I worked there on weekends and holidays and as a result I have an appreciation for marzipan pigs and kosher pickles.

Favorite food? Chocolate of course (especially Lindt's chocolate Chili).  Avocados and apple crisp, I LOVE apple crisp!

What is your favorite piece of fitness equipment? That would have to be the Pilates reformer. I think it's a great tool for people of all ages and abilities.

What would you like to be known for professionally? My ability to relate to everyone's needs, helping each individual to the best of my ability.

Favorite book? Anything by Maeve Binchy, especially her older novels like Circle of Friends, and Light a Penny Candle.

You unexpectedly have the entire day off to yourself, what do you do? Two words... Spa Day. Well, maybe a little coffee and some reading in bed to start followed by a run through Seal Bay or a workout in our studio. Then off to the spa for a steam, massage and some relaxation. Wine will definitely be involved ;-).

What's next?  Oh boy, well.... I have a pretty hefty goal of completing a degree in Recreation Therapy Additionally, after too many years of absence my soul is so happy to be back dancing. I would like to starting performing and/or teaching again in some capacity.
